$100 million equity allocation to buy empty BIG BOX Retail Stores, Broken Shopping Centers, High Vacancy Malls and Strip Centers with Strong Visibility and Freeway Locations.


Woodland Hills, CA - DealPoint Merrill is seeking to purchase empty big boxes (such as Kmart, Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, Best Buy, Lowe's, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, any grocery store, or the like), that are at least 50,000 SF or more. We will also purchase entire shopping centers of any size with a big box vacancy or soon to be vacant, or highly visible industrial or office with the same type of vacancy.

We additionally will strongly consider properties with a lease termination whereas tenant would pay to terminate said lease for a monetary consideration.

The properties can be stabilized (with vacancy) or 3-5 years remaining on lease term. Prefer population of 50,000 with income of $50,000 and high traffic count inside a 3-mile area.
