We combined new technology and CGI to create what we hope will be a really immersive experience for visitors. I think the augmented reality element will enable potential tenants and investors to experience and understand the building instantly, something that is critical in a busy trade show environment. We are being asked more and more by clients to find creative new approaches to digital campaigns and we see augmented reality as a key tool for all sectors.” Pavel Barbashev of O1 Properties said “The interactive model that Assembly Studios produced for our Bolshevik development was a first for the Russian property industry and we were delighted with the interest it generated at last year’s Expo Real. We were intrigued to see how they might follow this and we are very excited about this year’s augmented reality solution.” Both the iCube augmented reality and Bolshevik iPad interactive model can be seen at this year’s Expo Real on O1 Properties’ stand, B1.013 End
