An innovative new way to communicate property

 
SHOREDITCH, U.K. - Sept. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- If you have a large-scale development or early stage masterplan to communicate and are tired of using the same old brochures and plans, then this might be just the solution you are looking for: The A-IM (Assembly Interactive Model) is a neat little Perspex model of your development which slots onto an iPad. An underlying animation then begins, highlighting your way around the development as a voiceover gives you the pertinent information. The touch of a button lights relevant parts of the model from below, as you discuss them with your client.

The A-IM is the creation of property marketing agency Assembly Studios, who came up with the idea in response to Manchester Airport Group's need to showcase a complex, large-scale development in a new and engaging way. The result caught the public’s eye when chancellor George Osborne was spotted at the launch on both national and regional news playing with the interactive tool.

The model and presentation are bespoke and content is deployed via the cloud. As buildings are let or information is updated, presentations can be centrally synched, ensuring every instance of the presentation remains consistent and up-to-the-minute accurate.

“It’s really useful and visually demonstrates the project well without bringing them on site – helpful when there is demolition and construction work.
