Mr. John Holtz

John is a graduate of Washington University and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, recently completing an MBA. John’s background includes marketing, sales, and program management in the Midwest as well as on the east and west coasts. We are excited to have John on board and soon our customers will agree. Mr. Juan Del Rio

Fusion Babbitting Co. Inc-Milwaukee is please to announce the Mr. Juan Del Rio has accepted the position of Quality Assurance Manager. Juan’s background consists of Quality Management, Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, GD & T Professional certified by ASME. Juan brings to us 18 years of experience in manufacturing and fabrication quality control. 10 years specifically in the Aerospace industry including Nuclear Requirements, ISO certification and will be attending classes in September to attain his NQA-1 Auditor certification. Fusion Babbitting offers the finest babbitt bearing repair services. We offer outage and standard lead time hours. Another words "when do you need it" We are certified to ISO 9001 ; 2008 and are 10CFR50 appendix B compliant. Our plant is equipped the the latest machine tools, Arc flame spray metalizing, and babbitt foundry. 40,000 sqare foot facility and 50 full time employees to meet the needs of our customers (nationwide).

Characteristics that define our bearings are 98 to 100 percent bond to the bearing shell, use of only “virgin tin base babbitt”, centrifugal casting, precise machining, with careful hand finishing.  Our parts are tinned with the complete immersion method to insure the proper chemical bond of the babbitt to the backing material.
