SharePoint Information Organizer upgraded as a complete SharePoint Classification solution

CHENNAI, India - Sept. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Several new features have been added and several existing features enhanced in the SharePoint Information Organizer (SIO). A brief on the developments is given below.

The previous version was limited to SharePoint 2010 which has now been enhanced to SharePoint 2013.

Better management of Content Types has been made possible by providing SIO abilities like detecting and displaying Content Types, allowing the administrator to edit and re-classify them if necessary.

SIO now also has a better Search feature that allows administrators to use metadata for getting precise results. If needed the results of the Search can be exported and stored in an Excel file.

Content management capability has been further enhanced which allows administrators to merge content like documents, folders and other Items from various Lists into a new List.

To provide granular content management capability and to enhance Search indexes, administrators can use the metadata editor feature and make their SharePoint content more efficient.
