The legendary icon will embark on a one-month long expeditiontouring Kolkata (Salt Lake Stadium, 1^st), Visakhapatnam (Indira Priyadarshni Cricket Stadium, 12^th),Jaipur(BhawaniNiketan Education Trust, 20^th) and Ahmedabad(Sardar Patel Stadium,27^th)in October 2013to give fans a once in a lifetime opportunity to witness a live interactive theatrical experience encompassing his award winning musical renditions over the years blended with state of the art technology, great visual effects, synchronised choreography and powerful dance arrangements. The tour aims to showcase the technological progression of the music industry through a modern interactive presentation featuring high voltage music in its’ purest form. As part of this tour, the enigmatic legend will be travelling to Sydney to put up an exhilarating performance at the All Phones Arena on the 24th of August 2013. Interestingly this is the very first time in 20 years; the world figure will be embarking on a road tour of this stature.  

The Indian composer, singer-songwriter, music producer, musician, multi-instrumentalist and philanthropist with his ensemble of singers will be performing his all-time classics from his prolific career, including acclaimed songs from landmark Indian films like Jodhaa Akbar, SlumdogMillionaire,Lagaan, Jab TakHaiJaan,JaaneTuYaJaane Na, Dil Se, Rang De Basanti, Rockstar and Bombay. AR Rahman captivating music has not only redefined contemporary Indian music but also transcends boundaries. Other specialists of the likes Sukhwinder Singh, Javed Ali, Neeti Muhan, ShwetaPandit, HarshdeepKaur, Vijay Prakash, Mano, RanjitBarot will also be accompanying the stalwart on this tour.
