Kenny Dewan & Partners Welcome Parker Rhea to MondayOne

IRVINE, Calif. - July 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Kenny Dewan, founder of MondayOne, announced that Parker Rhea has joined Monday One as the Vice President of Finance. His responsibilities will include financial reporting and underwriting our development and acquisition projects.

Mr. Rhea previously lived and worked in Dallas and helped build Peloton Capital Partners, a sponsor of institutional-grade commercial real estate acquisition and development projects. Peloton Capital was one of Texas's most successful commercial brokerage and property management firms. While at Peloton, Parker underwrote over $600 million of proposed developments and acquisitions in all major commercial product types, working with institutional investors like Legg Mason REI, Macfarlan Capital Partners, GE Capital, Crow Holdings, and Thackeray Partners. He assisted in successfully redeveloping over 300,000 SF of North Texas office and industrial projects. Parker also designed and maintained all of Peloton's financial and asset management models.

Rhea Parker earned a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Southern California, where he was a Dean's Merit Scholar. Additionally, Parker received a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he graduated Cum Laude and was a Graduate Business Scholar. Parker received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College.
