NTFS Security Manager upgraded with higher level permissions management capability

CHENNAI, India - July 18, 2013 - PRLog -- The NTFS permissions management tool that helps secure file share across your Windows network has been upgraded with the addition of a few more features that allow administrators to better control their folders and files.  

• Administrators can now grant NTFS permissions on child folders and the files if they have not inherited permissions from their parent

• Permissions can be copied and applied to the sub-folders inside a target folder in case they do not inherit permissions from their parent folder

• Administrators can also revoke permissions from files located in the target folders

• They can also change the accounts associated with folders at different levels of the folder hierarchy

• They can also select and change the associated accounts on select folders through Search

These additions help in significantly reducing the time and effort of administrators which they would otherwise expend in managing their folders and files.
