Author Loses 80 Pounds in Six Months

Mike Broemmel kicks fast food habit to lose weight and restore his health
 
DENVER - July 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Author-Lecturer Mike Broemmel shared with the public how he lost 80 pounds in six months by kicking what he considered to be something of an additiction to fast food. "In reality, I was eating at fast food retaurants at least once a day ... every day. In fact, on many, many days, I ate fast food two or three times daily," Mike Broemmel explained.

Before kicking his reliance on fast food, Broemmel reached over 220 pounds. "This was obese. I was obese. I am only 5'6" tall and I was ... fat," Broemmel remarked. Broemmel noted that he suffered from serious high blood pressure and had become a border line diabetic.

"Once I dropped the weight, my blood pressure returned to a healthy level and my blood sugar issues also resolved themselves," Broemmel said.
