| Eagle Arms Productions Partners with Carlisle Events in 2013During the weekend of September 6-8, Eagle Arms Productions, in conjunction with the new Carlisle Sports & Outdoor Nationals, will host a gun and ammunition show at the nearby Carlisle Expo Center.
By: Carlisle Events With the partnership, agreed upon verbally in late March and signed in ink by early May, Sports and Outdoor enthusiasts have yet another reason to make Carlisle their go-to destination in September. With Eagle Arms Productions associated with the weekend, show goers can buy and browse guns, ammo and accessories for many makes, models and styles of weaponry. The most important part of the agreement and show to make note of is that only materials that are legal within state and federal laws at the time of Sports and Outdoor weekend will be for sale. There will be no exceptions. As an even better way to enjoy the event at the Expo Center, free admission is granted for anyone who has paid for access to the fairgrounds. In addition, from a convenience standpoint, a courtesy shuttle will be available to transport enthusiasts to and from the Expo Center/fairgrounds. "We agreed to be part of the weekend because we knew we'd be partnering with a world-class promoter in Carlisle Events," said Joel Koehler of Eagle Arms Productions. "The overall knowledge and interest of the Carlisle staff, combined with our great staff, will undoubtedly provide for a unique weekend for everyone. Guests that come to our Gun Show will be able to browse a great array of guns, knives, ammo and firearm accessories, all while being able to ask questions of our experts. This weekend should be a gem!" In addition to the gun show presented by Eagle Arms Productions, the Pennsylvania Game Commission will host a pair of free Hunter Education Courses. A session takes place on Saturday and another on Sunday. Pre-registration is required and forms to do so are available on the web. The course is open to anyone with an interest in gaining a better knowledge of tips and safety practices for handling weapons and ammunition. A complete list of all weekend activities is available online via www.CarlisleSportOutdoor.com. Finally, anyone interested in being a sponsor, vendor or guest can call 717-243-7855 for more information. End
