For beauty therapists, and those wanting to enter the field, they can learn extensive techniques through learning at beauty theraphy courses in London. However below are five beauty tips from professionals across the industry, on how making a regular beauty routine easier.

1. Get rid of in grown hairs

Dry or flaky skin is often the causes of in-grown hairs, as it doesn’t allow the hair to grow through. So after finishing waxing, it is important to moisturise the area. Formulas to look for include tea-tree oil, which help to soothe and smooth the follicle. – Sarah Swincoe, nkdwaxing

2. Post Waxing care

Skin can get grazed due to over-exfoliation after a wax, which can also cause in-grown hairs, as oppose to preventing them. Using a grainy but gentle exfoliator, such as sugar scrubs containing oils, or formulas with rounder beads, then buffing the waxed area two to three times a week. – Sarah Swincoe, nkdwaxing.

3. Back – Combing

When wanting to back comb hair properly, place a brush at the top back of each lifted section. Firmly and slowly brush down three times, there is a risk damage to the hair if alter this method. – Jamie Stevens, hair stylist

4. Double the power

Waterproof mascara can double as a long lasting liner. Taking a very fine brush and just a little of the product using from the wand, and apply to the lash line, results are spectacular! – Cassie Lomas, Bourjois make-up artist

5. Keep an eye on the nail

When applying varnish, the very tip of the nail should be painted as it is the most prone to knocks. Also, it is recommended to paint behind the nail for full protection. – Jessica Vartoughian, Jessica Nails.
