Figue Dining Room Specials In the dining room, from June 1 through June 16, guests can enjoy a special 3-course rustic Italian prix fixe menu, priced at $38 per person, paired with wines for an additional $15 or $25 per person. From June 24 through June 30, the dining room features a remarkable 5-course tasting menu, “Ahhh Venice! A Culinary Gondola Ride through Venice”, priced at $75 per person, with added wine pairings for an additional $25 or $35 per person. Palmina Wine Blending, Wednesday, June 19, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Figue hosts a unique Palmina Wine Blending event led by Sommelier Celeste Cotta, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 19. Cotta will enchant and captivate Figue’s guests as she educates them on the nuances of blending wines that make them distinctive and delicious. The event includes a special 3-course lunch; the price per person is $75. The grand finale of the June culinary tour of Italy is “Ahhh Venice! A Culinary Gondola Ride through Venice”. This 5-course tasting extravaganza, priced at $75 per person is served from June 24 through June 30. The prelude to the journey is a Classic Bellini & Prosciutto With Melon. The first course is Carpaccio: Chilled Tuna, Olive Oil, Baby Arugula, Mache, Reggiano. The second course is a Risotto: Mount Shasta Porcini, Pancetta and Peas. The third course is Guazzetto: A light Shellfish Stew of Spot Prawns, Mussels & Clams.
