She holds the Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Enterprise Solution Provider, Intuit Premier Reseller and Sleeter Group  QuickBooks Consultant Certifications. She is also a member of the National Advisors Network.

As the former Corporate Lead Instructor at Palm Beach Atlantic University, she single-handedly brought one of Palm Beach County’s largest employers up to speed in Microsoft Office. As a technical writer, she has created instructional materials for Comcast, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Palm Beach County Adult Education and Palm Beach County Health Care District. Over 25 years of IT support experience and empathy allow her to best match skill sets to solve clients’ problems.
