| The Call of the Wild Cooking ClassThe BCAE Hosts Class Incorporating Wild Herbs and Plants in Cuisine Taught by Executive Chef Josh Lewin of the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro
By: Boston Center for Adult Education Executive Chef Josh Lewin joined Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro team in 2010 as a Sous-Chef, since then he has cultivated a strong menu filled with local growers and producers. Lewin joins the BCAE to bolster an eco-conscious movement which brings exploration and adventure to the kitchen. He will share his culinary expertise as students discover, not only how to take full advantage of readily available resources right outside their doorsteps, but how to turn their discoveries into culinary creations.
