New EDM Music Video “VOICES” Helps Spreads Awareness of Mental Illness

CHERRY HILL, N.J. - March 29, 2013 - PRLog -- 3/29/2013…The hot new dance song and video for “Voices” by international recording artist Debra Michaels from 418 Music featuring Grammy Nominated remixer/producer Mr. Mig is not only a favorite song by most major DJs on their club set, but also helping to bring the awareness of mental illness.

The song and video is sponsored by NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) and features a variety of stages of mental illness throughout the video including substance abuse, suicidal tendencies, depression, and more.  

The music video for “Voices” was directed, produced, and edited by award winning director Rob Schwartz for Chetown Films (www.chetownfilms.com) and will be  premiered on 4/3/13 at the video release party at Coastline in Cherry Hill, NJ from 7pm-11pm, then premiered on “iFame TV” on Roku and “WHO?MAG Video Vision” on Punch TV nationwide on broadcast TV.

Debra Michaels, who has a deep connection with NAMI, says “this is a great opportunity to do something positive with my talents.  It gives me an opportunity to touch people’s lives who may be going through a rough time.  Mental Illness is a disease, just like cancer, that needs to be treated.”
