Ezi Floors exciting new carpet underlay range

KEIGHLEY, U.K. - March 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Ezi Floor is a UK based manufacturer of PU foam (http://www.ezifloor.co.uk/index.html) based underlays. Our products are extensively used for domestic and commercial carpet installations. We have a number of distinctive brands tailored for all levels of the market. Our new manufacturing facility is a state of the art foam processing plant covering 150,000sq ft and was commissioned late 2010 having moved from a 50 000 sq ft facility in 2006.

Our product range now includes the following brands Softstep, (http://www.ezifloor.co.uk/index.html) Carpet Cushion and Air cushion. We currently distribute these products through prominent national flooring wholesalers. Our latest range the Carpet Cushion is a high density 100kgm3 crepe paper with spunbond polyester backings. This gives the product added tensile strength, providing higher thermal resistance, increased sound insulation and the highest degree of comfort available.

Ezi Floors innovative approach to manufacturing carpet underlay (http://www.ezifloor.co.uk/index.html) ensures environmental sustainability is at the core. Having remained loyal to this founding principle we now process over 200 tonnes of foam a week which would have been destined for landfill. We have  recently been recognised for our ethical approach in the Virgin Atlantic 2012 sustainability report (http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/corporate/images/Sustainab...) for being pivotal in recycling foam from over 5800 used aircraft seats. To build on this success our aim is to work in close partnership with other recycling operators.
