Starnet Data Design - Corporate Sponsor of 2012 JDRF Walk for a Cure Los Angeles

March 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Starnet Data Design was the second largest Corporate Sponsor Team at the 2012 JDRF Walk For A Cure in Los Angeles.

The company of 13 people teamed up with customers and friends to be the second largest fundraising team at the recent JDRF fundraiser.

"Size doesn’t matter!” is the theme of the Starnet Data Design’s COO, Nancy Marks.  “Small businesses are sometimes overlooked at not being able to make much of an impact, but we wanted to do the right thing for our community.  In 2010 we started Starnet's Rebate for Charity program (http://www.starnetdata.com/?page_id=3052).  We’ve been extremely fortunate to be able to be a small business with big success.  We’ve survived recessions and bad times, but continuing to stay focused on our core goals, providing the right solutions for our customers, with customer service being a virtue not a forgotten skill set.”

Starnet Data Design became involved with JDRF and continue to think outside the box to do something different.  Make a difference.  They didn’t expect to make such a big difference.

JDRF is making great strides at finding cures for Type 1 Diabetes.  They have been conducting all of these clinical trials going on around the world.  It’s truly amazing!

Starnet Data Design celebrated 25 years of business in 2012 ending with a great year!
