ADM Men's Network Group is an organization that unites men in an effort to educate and empower at-risk males of all ages through collective communication and networking. "We teach men how to become better fathers, better sons and better members of their respective communities."

ADM was founded in 2011 by Maurice Pierre, in Lacey, Washington. Pierre has raised three children on his own, who are now of age and leading positive lives. In addition, he is currently assisting in the raising of two god/step children. Pierre felt inspired to start this organization with the hopes of helping other men going through similar hardships. A quote from the ADM website reads: "No matter if you are an orphan, suffer from unwed parents, an absent Father or Mother, divorced parents, parents suffering from substance abuse, or even parents which are ex-offenders, life success can be yours, and can be shared and enjoyed with those in your life".

One of ADM's many goals is to teach men how to cope with family law and how to take action by using the government's support programs to full advantage. Cooperation and success often go hand in hand, a proverb Pierre used to describe one of ADM's objectives was "it takes a village to raise a child." In ADM, there are groups made up of independent men who find themselves in similar situations and who can support each other and/or give each other advice from personal experience. Single fathers, men struggling financially, etc. will all benefit from the collective power of these groups and are encouraged to share their wisdom with others so that the future of the next generation will be a bright one.

The means by which ADM Men's Network Group is helping the youth in their community is by assisting in creating programs to house and mentor young men. The integration of the ADM support and education system into the program provides structure and understanding for many boys and young men. ADM provides specialists who educate the youth on computer literacy and teach them how to use government programs to their full potential. Ultimately, the goal is to provide a relevant education to the youth so that they will be able to help themselves, and others, in the future.

ADM's first foster home and initial programs will make use of the donations and will require $639,543 in funding, with standard budgeting. Donations and sponsorships for ADM are currently being accepted at: http://admmensnetworkgroup.org/donations.html. Donations will provide ADM with the funding necessary to pay for these specialists and programs which help its members and the youth involved. ADM is also working with the Tacoma Urban League, the Resources for Education and Career Help (REACH) program in Tacoma, and The Black Collective, in Tacoma & Pierce Counties.

Organizations such as Arbitrage Marketing and Entertainment, are working on promoting ADM through various media outlets as well as getting the word out about the great cause and inspiration behind ADM. In addition, Arbitrage will contribute to ADM's fund through future sponsored events. Partial proceeds from the Arbitrage Entertainment collaborative event: "The Pre New Year's Swerve", were donated to ADM Men's Network Group.
