Nominations begin for best nonprofit employer

March 1, 2013 - PRLog -- HarmonyJobs LLC is accepting nominations for its nationwide "Nonprofit Employer of Choice" competition through April 30, 2013. The award recognizes outstanding nonprofit organizations who go “above and beyond” to provide a supportive, thriving work environment for staff and volunteers.   Information and nomination forms are available at http://harmonyjobs.com/nonprofit-employer-of-choice-award/.

Criteria to be addressed in the nomination are factors which create an overall positive work environment, such as compensation/benefits, work/life balance, training and professional development opportunities, special perks, community involvement, and the general working environment. Competing organizations will be grouped based on the size of their organization. A winner and two runners-up will be chosen in each group. Results will be published in May 2013, and all winners and runners-up will receive special recognition on the HarmonyJobs website (http://www.harmonyjobs.com/), a printed award to display in their offices, and up to three free job postings on HarmonyJobs.com (http://www.harmonyjobs.com/).
