TBK Consult releases a free online tool that detect misalignment in software companies

Feb. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- To help software companies combat the waste of executive capacity originating from simple management misalignment, TBK Consult have released a free online self-test tool. By answering just 60 questions the tool can immediately identify the level and areas of misalignment in any management team.

The software industry is the fastest growing industry in the world. However it is probably also one of the most volatile industries. The difference between success and failure is often extremely small, depending upon the smallest details, luck or coincidence. Success requires constant accumulation of feedback from the market and the ability to swiftly compile and execute based on the analysis of the information.  Executives’ ability to continuously monitor, manage, control and lead this process determines whether a software company will grow and “take” the market or remain in a state of troubled oblivion.
