Megan Policicchio Joins Balance Interactive Team

Jan. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Megan Policicchio has joined the Balance Interactive team as a content strategist. She works with clients to ensure content is the most important piece of every website and works with organizations to make sure that content continues to be their greatest asset.

Policicchio helps clients plan for the creation, publication, and governance of content that is accessible and useful. She has extensive experience writing, editing, and formatting content for the web to make it easy to scan and action-oriented.

Before joining Balance, Policicchio spent more than four years at World Wildlife Fund (WWF) focusing on Marketing and Communications. There, she created a strategy and editorial process to define when, how, and why content should be created or edited for the website. This guided the content development and information architecture for a major responsive redesign of worldwildlifefund.org in August 2012. She also drove content promotion for WWF’s social media channels and e-mail newsletter.

Policicchio holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania. When not at Balance, she is an active member of the Content Strategy and Web Content Mavens Meetup groups and DC Web Women. She also volunteers for the American Cancer Society.
