'How To Purchase A Home - First Time Home Buyers' Video Just Released on 'Real Estate First Time'

Jan. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Filmmaker Kevin Douglas Wright just released 'How To Purchase A Home - First Time Home Buyers' video on his recently created YouTube Channel called 'Real Estate First Time'.

"I recently created a YouTube Channel called 'Real Estate First Time' to help real estate beginners 'see' a home purchase from start to finish," Wright said.

The 'How To Purchase A  Home' video and the YouTube Channel 'Real Estate First Time' is real estate help for the beginner, first time home buyer.

"When you are a first time home buyer, a million different thoughts go through your mind at the same time. The thought of home buying opens the door to hundreds of questions. One of the things that really helps is "seeing" the steps of a home purchase all in one place," said Wright.

The video is fifteen minutes and 35 seconds in length. The video explains the most common steps one might see when making a home purchase for the first time.

"This video is not for a home buyer that has purchased a home three, four, or five times. An experienced home owner might find that the video is a little bit too slow. This first time home buyer video is very, very slow paced. The video is supposed to give a home buyer the feeling that they are on a one-on-one walk-through of the steps of a home purchase from the beginning until the end," Wright explained.

The video moves at a slow pace and uses as few real estate technical words as possible.

"Home buying is one of the largest purchases a person makes in their lifetime. There are lots of real estate words you will hear only when you make a home purchase. Sometimes these new words stop a first time home buyer from moving forward. This video helps you "see" some of the new real estate words before you speak to a real estate agent or home loan professional for the first time. This video helps you move forward to owning your own home," said Wright.

The video can be watched on a desktop computer, a laptop or notebook computer, a tablet or iPad, or a smart phone.

"You can watch this video as many times as you wish. You can watch this video twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You can watch this video at home, at work, or in a coffee shop. You can watch this video on your cell phone."
