1.       “Set aside time to go through your entire website. This could take 30 minutes or several hours. Make the time. It will be worth it.

2.      “Look at your website as your customers would. What will they look for when coming to your site? How easy is it to find that information? Write your thoughts on a legal pad. Be a hard grader.

3.      “Check your links. Are they broken or do they take you to the wrong pages? Is your shopping function easy to use? Are the prices current?”

Asman adds that while this three-step process may lead to you to feel overwhelmed, “you will have a clear picture of what needs to be done.”
