Dec. 31, 2012 - PRLog -- Under Arizona Proposition 203, or the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, patients with qualified conditions are allowed to get a registry identification card. With this card, patients are allowed to use, cultivate, and possess medical marijuana under full protection of Arizona law. Patients can come to Valley Evaluation Centers to get certified to receive a medical marijuana card. The first step for patients would be to call Valley Evaluation Centers to see if they qualify for medical marijuana under Proposition 203. From there, patients will need to obtain their medical records and schedule an appointment with Valley Evaluation Centers. From there, patients meet with a doctor who reviews the medical records, and if qualified, patients receive their certifications. Valley Evaluation then completes the online applications for qualified patients.
