27 Days Life Changing Journaling Challenge January 1-27

CreateWriteNow leads the way into 2013 with a Life Changing Journaling Challenge, running January 1 to 27.
 
Dec. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- CreateWriteNow, an organization focused on personal journaling for healthy living, presents a participatory workshop online, scheduled for January 1-27, 2013.

The 27 Days Life Changing Journaling Challenge follows the exercises laid out in the workbook, Peace of Mind and Body: 27 Days of Journaling to Health and Happiness. Participants journal daily according to the themes given in the workbook and log in to an online private classroom to discuss and share their experiences.

Journal writing is a tool for personal growth that enables an individual to increase awareness and make inner and outer changes with great efficiency and ease.

The daily challenges in the 27 Days of Journaling event lead participants inside their thoughts and dreams to discover origins and patterns that define their core character.
Then those same daily challenges focus the participants on describing their discoveries, expressing their hopes, and articulating plans for the future.
Finally, in the private forum, participants share their experiences with the challenges and with journaling in general.

The course aims to deepen journalers’ benefits from the practice and also to encourage journalers to interact and share stories.

The Challenge is led by Mari L. McCarthy, founder of Create Write Now. Free, private Skype sessions with McCarthy are also available to workshop participants.

The 27 Day Challenge helps participants identify what is most important to them, what they want most deeply, and how to make a plan for creating happiness in their lives. Through unique prompts and thoughtful suggestions, the course leads participants to a more clear understanding of themselves and greater courage in facing their futures.

Mari L. McCarthy publishes a website (http://CreateWriteNow.com) devoted to journaling, as well as a series of ebooks – or e-workbooks, as she calls them – showing how to apply journal writing to a large variety of life's challenges. Topics have included ways in which journaling can be used in self-discovery, job searches, getting organized, overcoming writer's block, and a host of health and wellness issues.
