F2OnSite Director of Infrastructure nominated for Minority Leadership Award
Ron Wilson, F2OnSite's Director of Infrastructure Services, has been nominated for the Dallas Business Journal’s 2013 Minority Business Leaders program
"Ron was nominated as a leader in the community because of his dedication to not only his own family, but for his dedication to his work family and the families of others. He invests untold hours volunteering with youngsters around the area by using sports as a means and mechanism to teach valuable life lessons", said Donny Lauderback, Founder and President of F2OnSite (formerly Prevail IT)
WIlson has ten children, and still finds time to invest time in the community by volunteering his services to multiple organizations in Wylie and now Rockwall. "Ron is an inspiration to us all. He recruits and manages literally hundreds of our field technicians on a daily basis, and still has the energy and drive to pass along important life lessons to kids through his coaching and mentorship in multiple sports activities."
Wilson started with F2OnSite as an entry level recruiter, and was promoted multiple times to his current Director Level position. "Ron is an amazing man. He has put more people back to work than anyone I know. He comes in early, stays late, and still has enough drive to help those around him. We are proud to have Ron on our team!"
The Dallas Business Journal will honor Ron during a luncheon at the downtown Sheraton Hotel in Dallas on February 7th, and he will be featured in the publication as an honoree in the February 8th print and online edition. Event details are located at http://www.bizjournals.com/
