On Monday, December 31, guests will feast on an incredible dinner in the hotel’s Broad Street Grille. The meal begins with the Antipasto Table Display that includes house smoked Arctic Char and Cured Trout, Farm House Cheese with Cured Imported Charcuterie, and House Prepared Hummus. A refreshing Blood Orange and Jalapeno Sorbet follows the first course. Diners have four mouthwatering options for the main course: Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Baby Carrots and Boursin-Mushroom Potato Au Gratin; Pan Seared Natural Chicken Breast with Portobello Eggplant Napoleon, Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus and Smoked Tomato Cream; Niman Ranch Pork Porterhouse with Roasted Root Vegetables, Spoon Bread and Collard Green Slaw; and Cilantro Pesto Grilled Prawns with Cauliflower Puree, Blood Orange Fennel Salad and Blood Orange Beurre Blanc.
Following the meal, an assortment of delectable desserts will be served, including a Chocolate Waterfall with Mini Cookies, Brownies, Pound Cake, Fresh Fruit and a variety of Cheesecakes, Tarts and Pies.
The New Year’s Eve Dinner will be served from 5 – 10 p.m. After dinner, guests may enjoy cocktails around the cozy outdoor firepit and festivities in The Foundry with live entertainment by local favorite Priscilla & Lil’ Ricky, party favors and a champagne toast.
On Tuesday, January 1, guests will start the New Year with an amazing brunch at Broad Street Grille. There will be an Omelet Station, Belgian Waffle Station, and Chef Carved Beef Top Round. Traditional breakfast fare will also be served, along with Baked Black Eye Peas; Braised Collard Greens; Mustard Glazed Pork Loin with Sausage Corn Bread Dressing and Red Eye Gravy; Grilled Fresh Fish with Meuniere Sauce; Southern Eggs Benedict with Fried Green Tomatoes; Cheese Blintzes with Champagne-Berry Compote; and Cheese Tortellini with Porcini Cream, Wild Mushrooms, Wilted Spinach, Toasted Pine Nuts and Parmesan Cheese. BSG’s delectable Dessert Bar will conclude the meal. The New Year’s Day Brunch is served from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., and is $24.95 for adults, $13.95 for children and complimentary for children six and under.
