Sabadell Bank & Trust Appoints Katherine Bernstein SVP

Oct. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Katherine V. Bernstein has joined Sabadell Bank & Trust as Senior Vice President and Wealth and Trust Director in the bank’s Miami office.

Ms. Bernstein, who is an attorney, will be responsible for providing wealth and fiduciary services for high-net-worth individuals and families.

“Katherine has extensive experience in handling the sophisticated fiduciary services for clients and helping them navigate through the complexities of multi-generational wealth transfer.  She also brings a depth of knowledge in guardianships and special needs trusts,” said Miami Regional President Orlando Roche.

Prior to joining Sabadell Bank & Trust, Ms. Bernstein worked at Northern Trust Company, where she assisted clients in planning and executing solutions to estate, tax and related family issues for multi-generational family relationships.  

A graduate of the University of Miami, Ms. Bernstein received her JD degree from the University of Toledo.  She is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar and a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.  She serves on the Women’s Leadership Board of the United Way of Miami-Dade County and is a Past President of Guardianship Program of Dade County.
