| A Poem Called “Chicken” Posted on The Wrighter“Chicken,” a poem written and illustrated by Kobina Wright is published on The Wrighter on the heels of her poetry publication in the literary magazine, Main Street Rag.
By: Selah Haki Recently, Wright was published in the latest volume of the literary magazine, Main Street Rag. Wright’ The art that illustrates the poem on The Wrighter, is titled, “Chickens” Kobina Wright, creator and contributor of the blog, The Wrighter, is a Southern California native with a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She has written several books including “Raise the Red Teddy: A Single Mother’s Guide to Dating;” “The Hodaoa-Anibo Dictionary;” “50” and “A Crime And A Simplification of Something Sublime.” Starting next month, Wright will exhibit her installation inspired by the Hodaoa-Anibo language and Tibetan Prayer Flags, through the traveling group show titled Circus Terminal, Thailand, which exhibits November 28th through December 30th in the city of Chiang Mai.
