By: The Food Bank for Westchester Featured are over 25 top local chefs and caterers who prepare amazing food and drinks for your tasting pleasure, while you bid on fabulous items in the silent auction, and enjoy the music of a live band. Feast on smoked duck sliders from Abigail Kirsch, lobster rolls from Mt. Kisco Seafood, smoked gouda mac & cheese from Butterfield 8, and veal agnolotti from Meritage Restaurant. Or try Korean specialties from Myong Private Label gourmet, bourbon pulled pork from Sam's of Gedney Way, stout-braised short ribs over horseradish mashed potatoes from Cafe of Love, or scallops with crab-corn pudding from Caperberry Events. Wash them down with red and white sangria from Don Coqui, flavored cocktails from Svedka vodka, or Franchester Pale Ale from Captain Lawrence.
