Munger Construction Will Create New Space For All-Brite Electric

Sept. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Branford, CT; All-Brite Electric, Inc. has selected Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. to construct a pre-engineered steel building for additional shop and warehouse space at its headquarters in West Haven, CT.


This new building will enable All-Brite to better support its jobsites through assembly prefabrication, and improved planning and scheduling, which will save labor, time and money.  New warehouse space will eliminate the need for storage trailers, which are a security concern and affect company image.  The new space is designed with the potential for subdivision into four tenant spaces starting at 2500 sq. ft. along with a provision for a night drop off area.

A unique feature of the 10,000 sq. ft. Varco Pruden pre-engineered steel building with standing seam roof and decorative masonry will be a VP Prismax Skylight, which will diffuse sunlight throughout the space and optimize natural daylight as the sun's angle changes.  Reduced electrical energy consumption will save money and help All-Brite meet requirements for LEED certification and governmental energy-saving incentives.
