| CraigAnninBaxter Law Names New PartnersLocal full service litigation firm Craig, Annin & Baxter has named two new partners: Paul D. Kelly and John C. Grady.
Throughout his 29-year legal career, Kelly has concentrated on representing defendants in civil litigation matters. He has represented health insurance companies and administrators in ERISA healthcare litigation for more than a decade throughout New Jersey. He also has represented healthcare plans in subrogation and reimbursement actions in state and federal court and in workers’ compensation court. Prior to joining to joining the Firm, Kelly served as a Municipal Board of Health Solicitor in New Jersey for over 10 years. Mr. Kelly received his law degree from New York Law School and his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame. In his 30 years of practice, Grady focuses his practice on insurance fraud, asset recovery, and insurance coverage and reimbursement issues while maintaining a broad-based litigation practice in personal injury, commercial, and criminal litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Grady was the Lead Deputy Attorney General for New Jersey’s Insurance Fraud Section where he handled trial and appellate litigation for the State and was involved in precedent-setting litigation regarding New Jersey’s Insurance Fraud Prevention Act, “IFPA”. Grady is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
