sleep-2-Peak iPhone app enables you to discover your optimal sleep/wake schedule!
After 3 years of research, two scientists developed a tool that empowers you to discover the sleep schedule and the periods of the day that are associated with your peak mental and physical state.
We ended basing our test of alertness off of the well established Psychomotor Vigilance Task. We have already validated variations of the task and preliminary results even suggest that our test might be even more sensitive to the alertness system than the PVT-192, a device that costs thousands of dollars!
By using sleep-2-Peak, you will become aware of alertness variations beyond what you can feel and you will discover how powerful your schedule choices can be to boost your performances naturally.
Marc Therrien, neurologist and sleep specialist and Daniel Gartenberg, PhD student at George Mason University in the Human Factors and Applied Cognition program, built this application based on the best of sleep and peak performance science. This includes the Marc Therrien sleep project in which he recorded his sleep with a polysomnogram for over 800 nights in association with numerous mental and physical daily measures.
