BRENTWOOD, TN--November, 28, 2005 - Fitness Express, LLC., holding company for eight facilities in Tennessee, three in Idaho and has finalized an agreement today to acquire an additional five clubs in Georgia, making Fitness Express LLC the largest independent health club owner's in World Gym history and largest owner operator's of World Gym's World Wide.

This new addition fits nicely into the World Gym family of high quality, service-oriented fitness facilities. With this purchase, the Fitness Express, LLC membership base now totals close to 28,000 acting under the World Gym franchise. Plans are currently underway for two additional clubs in Huntsville, Alabama scheduled to open in February 2006. Acquisition of the additional clubs will allow World Gym to further expand its brand equity and reach an entirely new market. It will also uniquely position Fitness Express, LLC as a leader in the $14-billion health club industry while simultaneously reinforcing World Gym's position as a turnkey resource for health and fitness.

Since its formation in 2003, Fitness Express LLC., has experienced substantial growth. Currently the company owns and operates World Gym Health Clubs in eight Tennessee locations including Brentwood, Spring Hill, Smyrna, Mount Juliet, Gallatin, Clarksville, and two in Chattanooga .
