| Central Park N.C. Annual Gathering To Focus On “The Future Of N.C.’s Water”Public Event To Feature Some Of The Country’s Leading Voices In The Water Justice Movement
Now several of North America’s leading voices on water issues will be the featured speakers at this year’s Central Park NC Annual Gathering at STARworks Center on October 18, 2012. The event, called The Future of North Carolina’s Water, will feature a stellar lineup of guest speakers, including Maude Barlow, an international water rights activist featured in several well-known documentaries; The Annual Gathering will be held at STARworks and attendees will have the opportunity to see the glass studios, the CSA garden, biofuels plant, and the ceramics studios and clay factory, and enjoy delicious locally sourced food, live entertainment, glass blowing and a host of other fun activities.
