Linium Team Building Distributes Care Packages to Military

Aug. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Linium (www.linium.com) combined both its annual team building with military care package distribution in a recent day-long event. On August 17th, 60 Linium employees combined their goodwill and skills to complete twelve care packages for soldiers who rarely or never receive anything from home.  After completing four different activities, each using a different team skill set, resulting points were used to purchase high quality care package items.  At the end, the twelve assembled packages were given to the Blue Star Mothers of America Inc. (www.bluestarmothers.org) whose organization is made up of mothers with children currently in active duty.  The charity then sent the packages to military personnel, along with hand written letters from Linium; personally thanking the soldiers for their services.  This was a team building activity that is sure to brighten any soldier’s day, as well as everyone involved.
The exercise, offered by TeamBonding (www.teambondingcsr.com), offered a great way for Linium to combine team building with community service.
