Power Design partnered with the developers Erkiletian, Jefferson Apartment Group, WDG Architecture and Mechanical Design Group to provide the electrical systems design on the project and SE Foster will be spearheading the construction.  The 254-unit luxury residential tower will feature Energy Star’s advanced lighting package, renewable energy sources, energy-efficient materials, sustainable landscaping and advanced recycling systems. The 16-story building will also include more than 11,000 square feet of office and retail space, a boutique lobby and lounge area, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a clubroom with a bar, and landscaped rooftop deck.

“We are excited to again be teaming up with The Williams Companies of Chantilly, VA in designing and constructing this unique property for SE Foster and the developers,” said Doug Roach, senior project manager. “With help from the interior designer and Power Design Resources, our lighting division in Atlanta, we have put together an energy efficient lighting package that will assist the team in acquiring its LEED Gold certification while satisfying the architectural intent and budget requirements of the project.”
