| World Cerebral Palsy ChallengeGet active for a great cause, join the World CP Challenge, September 4—October 2, 2012!
By: Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals and entire companies to get involved in a team-building, healthy lifestyle-promoting event. Challenge participants will form a team of four, and each member will be given a pedometer to track the number of steps you take. Each team will then record its daily step count or amount of time doing any fitness activity, including running, cycling and swimming, and monitor their progress on a personalized World CP Challenge webpage. With more than 45 activities that can be translated into “steps,” this Challenge welcomes all kinds of movement, even for persons with disabilities. The Challenge runs for 4 weeks from September 4th until October 2nd, 2012.
