Local LGBT initiative, GO OUT LOUD, announced today a special collaboration with Mahi Mahi Cruises & Charters for a sunset expedition, starting on board the Hannah Glover on August 23, 2012 at 7:00PM and finishing at Victoria Station / Vic’s Boathouse at 9:00PM with a sale price of $20. “We are thrilled to be taking the OUT Night experience out at sea aboard the fabulous Hannah Glover!” said Kevin Letourneau, GOL founder and CEO. “We have had tremendous success with meetups at restaurants and bars in the past and are looking to diversify our programming in partnership with other great local brands, such as Mahi Mahi Cruises, to deliver new and exciting experiences.” The boating vessel Hannah Glover of Mahi Mahi Cruises will begin boarding at 7:00 PM at their harbor destination at 24 Congress Street, Salem, Massachusetts and will depart at 7:30 PM. The shorelines of Salem, Beverly, Marblehead and Misery Islands will be explored against the backdrop of the setting sun. Food catered by Victoria’s Station and beverages will be available for purchase on board, and an after-party is being hosted at Vic’s Boathouse Bar Room between 9:30 PM until midnight. Advance tickets will be sold online (outatsea.eventbrite.com) There will be a “Best Dressed” contest to win a prize package consisting of gifts provided by various business downtown. As people board the Hannah Glover, they will walk down a red carpet and have their pictures taken to be shared on the Go Out Loud Facebook page for people to vote for their favorite looks after the event! OUT! at Sea represents the latest in several LGBT-oriented events in the region from GO OUT LOUD, which focuses on embracing a variety of occasions and events that are welcoming and engaging to all.
