Follow on Google News | Wall Art Comes Alive Within A Spiritual Mission Of Rene GibsonRene Gibson takes ordinary animal skulls and transforms them into beautiful pieces of wall art. She sells her one of kind creations at www.renegibson.etsy.com.
By: NorCal Press Rene helms from West Palm Beach Florida and holds an undergraduate degree in interior design. She creates each piece with an awareness of how the particular piece would be incorporated into a client's home and considers her creations a spiritual mission and a way to honor the animal. Her ideas with patterns and color combinations are born from an interior design perspective. While living in Ireland, Rene earned a Master's of Philosophy in Women's Studies from Trinity College Dublin. When she returned to the United States, she began to focus more on creating art. While most of Rene's sales are to private collectors, two of her skulls have been shown on the Food Network's Restaurant Impossible Cap'n and the Cowboy episode. Rene is constantly inspired by nature and her loving family. Rene meticulously creates her southwestern style wall art by designing her pieces using over 9000 Swarovski crystals that are each hand applied. Her work is featured in multiple stores and galleries. The internet has opened new doors for Rene as she is easily able to reach more people from all walks of life through her display oriented website, where she prominently shows her extraordinary creations. Rene Gibson welcomes custom orders and her website is a delightful visit that feels more like a fine art gallery of handicraft then a computer portal.
