July 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Osteoporosis is very common in women, especially if you are ‘a post menopausal women or after age of 35 years. Especially during menopausal, estrogen, (a hormone that control bone production) secretion reduces leading to osteoporosis.
Exercise is mantra for people suffering from bone diseases. However, you need to identify right professional for your exercise program.
