Socrates OnDemand enables users to access the full capabilities of Quester’s intelligent probing technology.  The software is used to add a layer of depth by probing on conversational topics presented in online surveys.  The intelligent probing is customized based upon the respondent’s response, preserving thought flow and resulting in a deeper understanding of underlying meaning, rationale, and implication.

The Socrates OnDemand dashboard provides the ability to build customized intelligent probes targeted to uncover the “why” and help solve key client issues for each project.  A testing functionality has been added, as well as a function to alter the look and feel of the software once integrated into the survey platform of the client’s choice.   Data collected via Socrates can be transferred to the user’s survey platform in real-time, or stored in the dashboard.
