UHY Advisors Adds Trent Halford As Director of Business Development in Atlanta Office

June 27, 2012 - PRLog -- UHY Advisors, Inc. today announced the appointment of Trent Halford as Director of Business Development.  Halford will be based in the Atlanta office, serving UHY clients nationwide.  He brings more than 10 years outstanding experience in business development, finance and operations and reports to UHY Advisors’ Managing Director in the southeast, Frank Fenello.

Halford’s professional skills and qualifications include:

Most recently Halford worked for USC Consulting Group, an operations management and performance improvement consultancy, as a business development executive.  He was also in corporate lending with GE Capital and was tapped as Front-End Effectiveness Leader.  Halford was recognized for his Lean Six Sigma workout contributions, including implementing process improvements that reduced deal cycle time and increased productivity.

He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt skilled in project management, strategic planning, process improvement, and the change acceleration process. Halford is adept at driving continuous improvement, along a critical path, to achieve business objectives.

An Atlanta native, Halford earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and his Master of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He lives in Sandy Springs with his wife Mendy and their two sons.  He is active in the community, volunteering in the youth music ministry at Peachtree Presbyterian Church and with Habitat for Humanity.
