MGS improves OEE with The Stealth II™ Continuous Motion Cartoner

June 26, 2012 - PRLog -- The Stealth II offers exceptional flexibility, with predesigned infeed solutions that accommodate the handling of tubes, vials, bottles, and pouches—as well as literature insertion—at speeds of up to 400 packages per minute. Reducing maintenance while providing greater accuracy, the servo-based design features an easily loadable, ergonomically correct powered carton magazine as well as a standard carton pre-break that eliminates carton setup failures. Walk-in access for cleaning, servicing, and quick changeover is afforded by a patent-pending guarding scheme.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Enhancements include:
• Single-button reset clears multiple faults
• OEE data colleted on HMI
• Fault zones graphically displayed
• Guarding scheme provides quick, open access
