June 5, 2012 - PRLog -- ATLANTA—May 24, 2012—A national survey administered by The Alternative Board (TAB) in December 2011, revealed that 38% of small business owners in the US and Canada believe the most pressing issue related to staffing is finding qualified employees. In a time of high unemployment, finding employees should be a simple task, but when the problem is the business owner’s blind spot, it takes an outside firm such as TAB to find and express the problem.
