Mark Goodreau joins Solectria Renewables as Dir. of North American Sales for Utility-Scale Solutions
Lawrence, MA – April 26, 2012 – Solectria Renewables, LLC, the leading U.S. PV inverter manufacturer, announced today that Mark Goodreau has joined Solectria Renewables as Director of North American Sales for Utility-Scale Solutions.
“Utility-scale solar has quickly become the largest segment of the PV market in North America,” said Phil Vyhanek, President of Solectria Renewables. “Solectria created the SMARTGRID series of inverters to address the special requirements of utility companies and large project developers, and is actively developing advanced smart grid features in partnership with EPRI, National Grid, Xcel Energy, and Detroit Edison. In addition to his executive positions in the solar industry, Mark has held senior marketing and business development roles with fast-growing technology companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500’s. He began his career in the semiconductor industry at Texas Instruments, and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
