The program developed out of the work she does with them, to help them to become more confident and more prolific. She's packed all the guidance she gives to her personal coaching students into this new program. Angela created her new program for two kinds of writers: those who are stuck in a low-paid writing ghetto, and writers who lack confidence. They want better-paying work, but aren't sure how go about getting it. These writers can use the program's tools to create strategies which help them to get better-paid gigs. Many writers lack confidence. This means that not only do they miss great opportunities, but also that they fail to make the most of the opportunities they're given. Their efforts to promote themselves are tentative at best. At worst, they fail to promote their services at all. Angela says: "There are endless opportunities for writers today.
