Engineering Students Helps Villagers

May 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Wilmington DE Despite the fact that a lot of college university students enjoyed a bit of fun in the sun over spring break, a few committed souls that came from the University of Maine were engaged in "septic system training camp."

Since 2008, Engineers Without boundaries at UMaine have succeeded on a project to construct an efficient sewage treatment system for community in Honduras. Scholar members have created in addition to the venture.

"I was just impressed with all the students," said Albert Frick, who has developed Albert Frick Associates in Gorham and already been field mentor. "It was a good experience to the confident people. They got as much out of it as the Hondurans."
