Previously, the organization was known as the Office of Cultural Affairs and worked in a very similar capacity to its operations today. Young's practice is concentrated in real estate finance matters. He has represented banks and insurance companies for over 15 years in connection with financing the construction, acquisition and permanent financing of real estate and providing secured and unsecured lines of credit to a variety of businesses. Young also has over a decade of experience as an investment banker, adding to his ability to understand and respond to the needs of borrowers as well as lenders. Young earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, his M.B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated magna cum laude.
