Dr. Angela Baylis Participates In “1 Day 4 One” Event

The ONE Research Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that funds scientific research to validate techniques that support the BioPsychoSocial (BPS) model of health.

On Tuesday, May 1, The ONE Research Foundation has asked chiropractors from around the world to donate all practice proceeds to the organization for research for BPS and NET, a multi-modal, mind-body intervention used for patients who suffer from cancer-related psychological and emotional distress. Participation in “1 Day 4 One” among chiropractic physicians is also encouraged by The ONE Research Foundation in an effort to support the work of practitioners, as well as improve patient access to BPS and NET techniques.

DETAILS:
- According to the American Psychiatric Association (1994) the diagnosis of cancer is often experienced as a traumatic stressor in patients.
